Every year it is a very special event to welcome our new trainees and students to the KIPP Group. They are the next generation and therefore an essential element for the future of our company.
We are very pleased to be able to accompany 18 young talents with fresh ideas into their careers starts this year.
For our trainees and DH students, 01.09.2023 is also an exciting date, as it marks the beginning of a new chapter in their lives. An exciting and unforgettable time awaits, the first working day will be remembered by everyone forever.
The KIPP Group offers a wide variety of apprenticeship opportunities as well as dual study programs. The next generation starts this year in a wide range of areas:
This year we are apprenticing industrial clerks, warehouse logistics specialists, industrial mechanics and process mechanics.
Our DH students have chosen courses in industrial engineering, business administration/industry, IT, mechanical engineering/production engineering and mechanical engineering design.
